The league reaches out to all Northern Ireland and seeks to bring the best regional clubs together in a consistently competitive environment.
Primarily the games programme is there to serve as a development pathway for youth players to grow and develop within a sporting environment. It also provides a pathway through its member clubs to Senior Football and the Professional game.

Since its formation the leagues representative squads have enjoyed considerable success winning the 3 All Ireland Inter League Competitions at both U13 & U15 age groups and the inaugural Celtic Cup Competition in 2019 as well as participating in the Mayor’s Cup in Las Vegas where the U15s lost out to the host club in the Quarter Finals.

Since 2016 the league has been fortunate to have an association with SUBWAY, who have embraced the work of the league and encouraged the programmes and external links the league has engaged with. The league and SUBWAY will continue to build and develop those links in the next phase of this partnership.

The league will continue to look outward and embrace any opportunity that gives the playing participants their best chance of sporting and personal success.
